Refund & Cancellation Policy
You can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. REFUNDS OR RETURNS ARE APPLICABLE ON BELOW CLAUSES.
Incase if received a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in the order -
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at 9175032187 or mail us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
Is there a category specific policy for returns?
- Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue an online transfer in the registered name of the customer.
No Return is applicable once order is processed.
